Product description
Lemon chocolate is made using dried, coarse cut, Sicilian lemon peel. The fragrance and flavour fuse perfectly with the cocoa, for an extremely aromatic, fresh and pleasurable flavour.
In fact, the temperature of the metate’s surface kept around 42°-45° prevents sugar crystals to melt and gives chocolate a special rough consistency that is sapid and grainy to the taste.
